What a tour looks like
The room your child would join
You walk into the room your child would join and see it in the middle of an ordinary day. Look at the shelves, the materials laid out, and the outdoor space. Notice what the children are doing and how the room is set up for them.
The teachers
You meet the teacher who runs the room. Ask how the day is paced, from arrival through rest and pick-up. Ask how they handle the first weeks, when a child is still learning the routines.
Your questions
Bring your questions about hours, meals, pickups, and tuition. Ask all of them. If we do not have an answer on the spot, we follow up with you afterward.
Before you come
Bring your child with you when you tour. At Our Lady of Bethlehem, children can walk into the room, see the tables and shelves, and meet the teacher. It helps them know what to expect. We care for children ages two through five, Monday through Friday, 6:45 am to 6:00 pm. Call to ask about a visit.
Ask about the daily hours and how pickup works. Ask about meals and rest time. Ask how the teachers handle the first weeks. Ask how parents hear about the day, and what happens when a child is unwell.
