Plan a visitPre-Kindergarten gives students a solid foundation for Kindergarten, with a progressive curriculum that covers religious, academic, social and motor skills. Goals are met through religion, math, language arts, social studies and science activities, using age-appropriate centers and group activities. AM class runs Monday through Thursday, 8:45-11:15 am; PM class Monday through Friday, 12:30-3:00 pm, and students may extend into before and after school care.
In a before and after school room, children arrive at different times, so the day starts with a calm landing — a book, a puzzle, or a table activity while everyone settles. Staff track who is signed in and who is leaving for class. Snack, homework or quiet reading fit into the afternoon stretch, and the room stays low-key so children can decompress rather than shift into high gear.
